Linen

Linen is one of the oldest textiles in the world and is made with the fibres of the Flax plant. The plant itself consumes far less water than cotton, and is much more resilient against bugs meaning it needs fewer pesticides while growing, making it a great choice for those who are environmentally conscious. It is well known for its absorbency and its 'cool to the touch' feel which is great for keeping comfortable in summer. Our garment weight woven linens vary in weight and texture, but are generally crisp to begin with and soften with age and wear.
